If a download did not arrive

Check the spam folder first, since the delivery email carries an attachment link and filters sometimes catch it.

If it is genuinely missing, email support with the address you paid with and roughly when you bought. That is enough to find the order and send the file again.

If you found a mistake in a book

Please tell us. Send the book title, the page number, and what you think is wrong.

Corrections are taken seriously. The books are checked before publication, but checking is not the same as being perfect, and a reported error gets fixed in the next revision.

What we cannot help with

• We cannot give medical, coding, or clinical advice. The books teach the subject; they are not a substitute for your own organisation's guidance.
• We cannot advise on a specific certification exam, its content, or its outcome.
